By renting a vehicle from Royal Goa Ride ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to the following terms and conditions.
You must hold a valid driving license appropriate for the vehicle category. Minimum age is 18 years. Foreign nationals must carry an International Driving Permit (IDP).
The minimum rental period is 1 day (24 hours). Rentals are calculated on a per-day basis from the time of delivery.
A refundable security deposit of ₹3,000 (cars) or ₹1,500 (bikes) is collected at the time of vehicle delivery. The deposit is refunded within 48 hours of vehicle return, subject to inspection.
Vehicles are delivered with a set fuel level. You are responsible for returning the vehicle with the same or more fuel. Fuel costs are not included in the rental price.
In case of an accident, you must inform us immediately and file a police report. You are liable for damages beyond normal wear and tear. Full damage costs will be assessed against the security deposit.
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the rental start time receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a one-day rental charge.
