At RoyalGoaRide, we aim to provide flexible cancellation options. Please review our policy carefully before making a booking.
1. Cancellation Timeline & Charges

2. How to Cancel Your Booking
You can cancel your booking through:
- Website: Log into your account, go to "My Bookings," and click "Cancel Reservation"
- Mobile App: Navigate to bookings and select cancel option
- Customer Support: Call +91 9975 3 5669 7 or WhatsApp us
- Email: Send cancellation request to support@royalgoaride.com with booking reference
Cancellation is immediately processed. You'll receive a confirmation email with refund details.
3. Refund Processing Timeline
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days
- Refund Method: Refunded to original payment method (credit/debit card or wallet)
- Bank Processing: Additional 1-3 days depending on your bank
- Weekend/Holiday: Refunds may take longer; processing resumes on next business day
Full refunds are processed automatically. No manual action is required from you.
4. Modification vs. Cancellation
If you need to modify your booking instead of canceling:
- Date/Time Change: Possible if new dates are available (up to 48 hours before pickup)
- Vehicle Upgrade: Available based on vehicle availability and price difference
- No Extra Charge: Modifications within 48 hours are free
To modify, contact customer support or modify through your account dashboard.
5. Security Deposit Refund
- Timeline: Refunded within 3-5 business days after vehicle return
- Deductions: Only deducted if vehicle has damages, outstanding charges, or traffic violations
- Documentation: You'll receive itemized deduction details via email
- Dispute Resolution: Contact support within 7 days if you dispute deductions
6. Special Cases & Exceptions
- Emergency Cancellation: Medical emergencies may qualify for waived fees (requires documentation)
- Force Majeure: Natural disasters, government action may result in special handling
- System Error: If cancellation is due to our system error, full refund will be processed
- Payment Failure: If charging failed, booking is automatically canceled with full refund
