Royal Goa Ride Refund Policy

This policy covers booking cancellations, refund eligibility, processing time, and exceptional circumstances.

Booking Cancellations

Cancellations must be made through WhatsApp or phone. Refunds for cancelled bookings depend on the notice period and whether the vehicle had already been reserved or delivered.

Please include your booking reference and cancellation reason when contacting us so we can process your request quickly.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are eligible for cancellations made before confirmation of vehicle dispatch. Once the vehicle is dispatched or the rental period begins, refund eligibility is evaluated case-by-case.

  • Fully refundable if cancelled more than 24 hours before pickup.
  • Partially refundable if cancelled within 6–24 hours before pickup.
  • No refund for cancellations after the rental start time or no-shows.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. The exact timing depends on the payment method and your bank or payment provider.

Refunds may take longer during weekends, national holidays, or busy travel periods.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply when administrative fees, booking convenience charges, or service costs have already been incurred.

  • Cancellation fees may be deducted from your refund.
  • Any confirmed vehicle dispatch or delivery costs may also affect the refund amount.

Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds are offered for cancellations after the rental start time, no-shows, or if the vehicle is returned late without prior approval. Any prepaid fees may be partially retained under these conditions.

Refunds are also not available for issues caused by customer negligence, damage, or failure to follow rental policies.

Vehicle Damage Charges

Refunds are adjusted for any repair costs or charges related to damage caused during the rental period. The security deposit may be retained partially or fully to cover repair expenses if damage is found.

Damage assessment is conducted after vehicle return and repair estimates are provided before any refund adjustment.

Force Majeure

In the event of natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events, Royal Goa Ride may offer flexible cancellation options and refund decisions based on the situation.

Where possible, we will work with customers to reschedule bookings or apply credits for future rentals.
