Acceptance of Terms
By booking a vehicle with Royal Goa Ride, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. All rentals are
subject to availability, document verification, and confirmation of a valid booking.
Bookings become binding only after Royal Goa Ride confirms the rental and the customer receives booking
details through WhatsApp or phone.
- All renters must provide accurate contact, identity, and licence information.
- A valid driver licence, government-issued photo ID, and security deposit are required at pickup.
- Royal Goa Ride reserves the right to refuse service for incomplete or suspicious bookings.
Vehicle Rental Conditions
Rentals require a valid Driver Licence, a government-issued photo ID, and a minimum driver age of 21 years
unless otherwise arranged.
- Cars are supplied with a pre-agreed fuel level and must be returned with the same fuel amount.
- The vehicle must be used only on public roads and within Goa, unless prior permission is granted.
- Smoking, pets, and off-road use are not allowed unless explicitly authorised.
Driver Responsibilities
The renter is responsible for safe operation of the vehicle at all times. The driver must obey all traffic
laws, maintain a safe speed, and avoid distracted driving.
- Only authorised drivers named in the booking may operate the vehicle.
- Use of mobile phones while driving is prohibited unless using a hands-free system.
- The renter is responsible for drivers, passengers, and any damage caused by misuse.
Fuel Policy
Vehicles are delivered with the agreed fuel level. Return the car with the same amount of fuel to avoid
extra charges and processing fees.
- If the fuel level is lower at return, Royal Goa Ride may charge for the missing amount plus a refuel
fee.
- Fuel receipts may be requested for verification.
- Fuel costs are the renter's responsibility; fuel is not included in the rental price unless otherwise
stated.
Traffic Violations & Fines
Any traffic fines, parking penalties, toll fees, or other government charges incurred during the rental
period are the renter's responsibility.
Royal Goa Ride may charge additional administrative fees for handling and processing violations on behalf
of the customer.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be communicated via WhatsApp or phone. Refunds are processed based on the notice period
and the rental status at cancellation.
- More than 24 hours before pickup: full refund less any non-refundable fee.
- 6–24 hours before pickup: 50% refund of the rental amount.
- Less than 6 hours or no-show: no refund.
Liability Disclaimer
Royal Goa Ride is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings inside the rental vehicle.
The renter is liable for damage caused by negligence, accidents, unauthorised drivers, or failure to report
incidents promptly.
Damage & Insurance
A security deposit may be held to cover damage, loss, or other charges. Approved damage claims are settled
after vehicle inspection.
- Insurance coverage applies only when the vehicle is used according to these terms.
- Damage due to negligence, unauthorised repairs, or unauthorised use may be charged to the renter.
- Please report all accidents or mechanical issues immediately via WhatsApp or phone.
Vehicle Return & Condition
The vehicle must be returned on time, at the agreed location, and in the same condition as delivered,
subject to normal wear and tear.
- Late returns may incur additional hourly or daily charges.
- Excessive dirt, pet hair, or strong odours may result in cleaning fees.
- Any loss or damage discovered at return may be deducted from the security deposit.
Changes to Terms
Royal Goa Ride may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms are effective immediately after
posting on this page.
Continued use of our services after an update indicates acceptance of the new terms.
