Cancellation Refunds

More than 48 hours before rental	100% refund
24–48 hours before rental	50% refund
Less than 24 hours before rental	No refund (1-day charge applies)
No-show	No refund

Security Deposit Refund

The security deposit (₹3,000 for cars, ₹1,500 for bikes) is fully refundable within 48 hours of vehicle return, provided:

• The vehicle is returned in the same condition as delivered
• No traffic fines or toll charges are pending
• Fuel level matches delivery level
• Return is on time (or early return charges do not apply)

Refund Processing
