For popular vehicles like the Creta, Thar, and Innova, we often get fully booked during Christmas and New Year weeks. Last-minute bookings are possible but subject to availability.

We typically ask for a small advance payment to lock your dates, especially during peak season. The remaining amount and refundable security deposit are collected at the time of vehicle handover. Payment can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or cash.

Yes. Date changes are possible subject to vehicle availability — just message us as early as possible. Cancellations with 48+ hours notice receive a full refund of any advance paid. Cancellations within 24 hours may forfeit the advance payment. No-shows are non-refundable.

Additional drivers can be added at the time of booking. Each additional driver must present their valid driving licence and ID, and must be mentioned in the rental agreement. Unregistered drivers using the vehicle can void the insurance coverage — always declare all drivers upfront.

Indian nationals need: (1) Valid Indian driving licence — LMV (Light Motor Vehicle) category. (2) Government-issued photo ID — Aadhaar card, Passport, or Voter ID. Foreign nationals need: (1) International Driving Permit (IDP). (2) Original passport. Both are needed at the time of vehicle handover.

No. We require the original driving licence at the time of handover. A DigiLocker digital copy may be accepted — please confirm with our team when booking. Photocopies are not accepted for insurance and legal reasons.

The minimum age is 18 years with a valid driving licence. For luxury vehicles (Fortuner, Mercedes, Audi), the minimum age is 21. Drivers aged 18–20 may be asked to pay a slightly higher refundable deposit.

Yes — 100% refundable. The security deposit is returned within 24 hours of the vehicle being returned and inspected. No deductions are made unless there is actual physical damage to the vehicle. We photograph the car before and after — fully transparent process.

Never. We believe in complete transparency. The only potential additional charges are: (1) If you return the car with less fuel than received (₹150/litre shortfall). (2) If there is physical damage caused during the rental. Everything else is included — no surprise bills at checkout.

No. Delivery to your hotel, resort, or airport is completely free — it's included in every rental. Both Dabolim (GOI) and the new Mopa airport are covered. Just tell us your location and arrival time.

Yes! The longer you rent, the better your daily rate. For example, the Hyundai Creta goes from ₹2,200/day (1–2 days) down to ₹2,000/day (3–5 days) and ₹1,800/day (6+ days). Similar tiers apply to all vehicles. Ask us on WhatsApp for your specific discount.

Absolutely. Every vehicle undergoes a thorough inspection and servicing before each rental — brakes, tyres, AC, lights, engine. Vehicles are also deep-cleaned and sanitised. We provide you with a vehicle health report at handover, and you're welcome to inspect the car yourself before driving.

Yes — within Goa. All our self-drive rentals include truly unlimited kilometres within the state of Goa. No per-km charges. Drive from Morjim in the north to Palolem in the south, take detours, go to waterfalls — all covered. Inter-state travel has different terms (see Policies).

Full-to-full. We deliver the car with a full tank of fuel. You return it with the same amount of fuel. If you return with less fuel, we charge ₹150/litre for the shortfall. There is no pre-purchase fuel option — we keep it simple and transparent.

Inter-state travel requires prior written permission from us and may require a state permit. Day trips to Hampi, Dandeli, or Mangalore may be possible with advance notice. There may be an additional charge for inter-state use. Please always inform us before planning any cross-state trips.

Our 24/7 support team is one call away. In case of a breakdown, call us immediately and we'll dispatch roadside assistance as quickly as possible. For mechanical failures that are not the result of driver negligence, we arrange a replacement vehicle at no extra cost.

In the event of an accident: (1) Ensure everyone's safety. (2) Call the police for an FIR (First Information Report). (3) Immediately notify our team. The comprehensive insurance covers third-party damage. Own damage from accidents may involve a deductible depending on circumstances — details are explained in your rental agreement.

Smoking is strictly not permitted in any of our vehicles. A cleaning fee of ₹2,000 will be charged if the vehicle is returned with evidence of smoking inside.

Pets are allowed in most vehicles with prior notice. We ask that you use a pet carrier or seat cover to protect the upholstery. An additional cleaning deposit of ₹1,000 may be collected. Please inform us when booking.

Yes! Foreign nationals can rent self-drive cars in Goa with a valid International Driving Permit (IDP) issued in their home country, plus their original passport. We regularly serve tourists from Europe, the UK, Australia, the US, and other countries — the process is straightforward.

Driving licences from countries that have signed the 1949 Geneva Convention on Road Traffic are valid in India for 30 days from arrival. After 30 days, an IDP is required. Countries include the UK, USA, Australia, most EU nations, and many others. When in doubt, obtain an IDP before travel — it's simple to get in your home country.
