What documents do I need to rent a car in Goa?
You will need a valid driving license (Indian or International), passport or Aadhaar card for ID verification, and a credit/debit card for security deposit. Minimum age requirement is 21 years.
What is the security deposit and how is it refunded?
Security deposit varies based on vehicle type, ranging from ₹5,000 to ₹15,000. The deposit is fully refunded within 3-5 business days after vehicle return, provided there are no damages or outstanding charges.
Do you offer free cancellation?
Yes, we offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before your booking. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 20% cancellation fee. For more details, refer to our Cancellation Policy page.
Does the rental include insurance and fuel?
Yes, comprehensive insurance is included in all bookings. Vehicles are provided with full fuel tanks, and you must return them with full tanks. Fuel charges apply if returned on empty.
Can you deliver the car to my hotel or airport?
Yes! We offer free doorstep delivery to any location in Goa including hotels, airports (Dabolim & Mopa), and railway stations. Delivery is available 24/7.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets. A 50% advance payment is required at booking, and the remaining amount is due at the time of car collection.
