By booking a vehicle through RoyalGoaRide, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your reservation.
1. Rental Agreement
This rental agreement constitutes a legal contract between RoyalGoaRide and the renter. The renter agrees to:
- Use the vehicle solely for legal purposes and personal transportation
- Comply with all traffic laws and regulations in Goa
- Not sub-rent or share the vehicle with unauthorized individuals
- Return the vehicle on the agreed date and time
- Maintain the vehicle in good condition
2. Driver Requirements
The driver must:
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Possess a valid driving license (Indian or International)
- Provide valid government-issued ID (Passport, Aadhaar, or PAN card)
- Not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Have a clear driving record
3. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking:
- Economy vehicles: ₹5,000
- SUVs and premium cars: ₹10,000
- Luxury vehicles: ₹15,000
The deposit will be refunded within 3-5 business days after vehicle return if there are no damages, outstanding charges, or violations.
4. Fuel Policy
All vehicles are provided with a full fuel tank. You must return the vehicle with a full fuel tank. If returned on empty or with low fuel:
- Empty tank: Full tank refill charge (₹2,500 - ₹4,500 depending on vehicle)
- Partial tank: Charge as per fuel consumed at ₹140-160 per liter
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation up to 24 hours before booking: Full refund
- Cancellation within 24 hours: 20% cancellation charge
- No-show: 50% charge

6. Damage & Insurance Liability
Comprehensive insurance is included in all rentals covering third-party liability. However, the renter is liable for:
- Minor damages: Deducted from security deposit
- Major damages (structural): Assessed by our team; charges may exceed deposit
- Total loss/theft: Full vehicle value + applicable penalties
- Traffic violations: Fines charged to renter
Documentation of damage condition is mandatory at pickup and drop-off.
